1. In-Stock Tartans

If the tartan is in stock, rush production may allow your order to be delivered within approximately 14–20 days. Please contact our support team with your order number and wedding or event date so we can review your timeline and confirm the available options.

2. Backorder Tartans

If the tartan is on backorder, the weaving process takes an additional 2–3 months before production can proceed. This additional weaving time must be considered separately from the standard production and shipping timeline. Rush production cannot eliminate the tartan weaving lead time.

3. Wedding and Event Orders

If you need your order for a specific wedding or event date, please contact support as soon as possible and provide your order number, event date, and tartan name. Our team will check availability and confirm whether delivery within your required timeframe is possible.
